October - and Still Making Jam

Just made two more batches of Hot Pepper Jelly - and there are still more peppers out there, although they are pretty small. Not sure if they will make or not. Last year I was canning tomatoes in October - the seasons must truly be changing.

Then I made some zucchini bread and I must say it is AWESOME - with butter, not hot pepper jelly of course.

    I will pass on the hot pepper jelly but I love zucchini bread.

    I bet it's good on top of a piece of soft cheese and a triscuit
