1. Are you good about going to the doctor? No, I don't do doctors. The last time I went to the doctor, I had pneumonia. He insisted on a chest xray. Two weeks later when I went back for the follow up he hadn't even looked at it.
2. What do you think about the practice of restaurants adding automatic tips for large groups or specific events? I can understand why they would do that since there's a lot more work involved for the servers.
3. When was the last time you went out for dinner? I can't remember.
4. What is your best budget saving tip for recovering from an unexpected expense or planning for one? I usually try to cut back on groceries and use what I have "in stock."

My 5th question this week is ...
February is a short month but usually one of the coldest here. I'm ready for spring and already have my garden planned - Do you garden? What's you favorite thing to plant?
We have a garden that is hubby's domain although I usually chose the new plants. We have converted to perennial plants and replaced the roses with azaleas.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to "plant" is perennials because I only had to do it once! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm always afraid if I start a garden I will kill it within a week. I would love to have one though. I had a lettuce bowl last year that managed to stay alive the entire time and I have always had good luck with herbs so this year I have already talked to one of my friends who works at a garden center to help me grow some tomatoes and cucumbers and to hold a couple lettuce bowls for me this year too.
ReplyDeleteI love gardening! We plant vegetables to eat, instead of flowers though. I love watching the plants grow, then harvesting the crop :)
ReplyDeleteI don't garden. I have something of a brown thumb. So sad, since our weather is perfect for year-round gardening.
ReplyDeleteNo,though growing up we had a veggie garden. Now, I cannot even grow silk plants without killing them!
ReplyDeleteI love to garden, we had about 1/2 acre when we were growing up. None last year hopefully I will this year. Only garlic for my winter crop.
ReplyDeletei do not garden... i can't even keep a cactus alive. i love to eat fresh produce from my mom's garden though!
ReplyDeleteI do try and garden but I am quite pathetic at it. I will try again this year but my brown thumb probably will get in the way again. Thanks for participating in the MQAM. Look forward to seeing you again next week!
ReplyDeleteI don't really garden at all. Two summer ago I bought some zucchini and tomato plants at the Farmer's Market and it was fun to see them grow, but I'm usually not much for keeping them alive. :(
