Christmas Dress Challenge week 5

Christmas Dress Challenge

Last week's wt.      166.2
This week's wt.      165.0
Difference                 1 .2

I was so busy last week I didn't have time for much of anything but I did manage to do 2 workouts. Also, can I count stripping a cabinet as a workout? I think I can as we worked on it from around 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and it definitely involved using some muscle. I did watch what I ate all week last week so I ended up with what looks like a good loss but considering I gained last week, it's only .8 lbs in reality.

  1. Congrats on a loss! Nice one, too! I would say that stripping cabinets is a workout. Upper arms and core. Have a great week!

  2. Yes, to cabinet-stripping as a workout. I wouldn't want to do it. Good for you on the loss...you're closer to the goalpost, anyway.

  5. Whoo- hoo - congrats on the loss. Cabinet stripping definitely counts - you work some arms doing that kind of stuff. It's tiring! Here's to a great week ahead!

  8. Great you lost some weight. It is so much nicer when you actually can write down a loss instead of a gain, isn't it? I'm happy for you. Keep up the good work. Stay strong.

  10. I say enjoy the 1.2 loss, you can go back as far as you like and compare yourself, but I think it's better to view each week as an individual result and celebrate.
