Not as good as I would have liked. The first part of the week went really well - second half - not so much. Weekends are really hard for me. There's so much else to do,it's hard to work the exercisepart in and I can't seem to lose at all without it.
I did tae bo 4 out of 7 days last week - my goal for this week is to make that at least 5 days out of the 7. Tuesday night is definitely out due to a meeting I have to go to - will be late when I get home. I hope everyone else is doing better!
you've made a real achievement with your exercise, remember you went from doing nothing to 4 times this week! 1.8 is a good loss, keep up the hard work and maybe plan ahead a bit more for weekends and I'm sure you'll see the kinds of losses you want.

Keep up the good work but don't give yourself goals that you already know that your not gonna keep...
