Meet Me on Monday

Meet Me on Monday is hosted by Never Growing Old. It's a great way to get to know our fellow bloggers. Each week she posts 5 questions for us to answer about ourselves. Hop over to the site and check it out!

Questions:

1.  The best part of waking up each day is

waking up to a new day - knowing it can be a new beginning.
2.  How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?

I feel like I should be about 20.

3.  Red or Green Apples?

I don't really care for apples much but like the red ones more than green or yellow.

4.  Do you forgive easily?

Forgive-yes; forget - NEVER.

5.  If you could live in any home on a television series, which would it be?

Since you didn't stipulate that it had to be a current series, I'm going to go with The Waltons - I just love big old houses.

  1. Thanks for stopping by today! The Waltons was my next answer after Little House...

I have a hard time forgetting, too, even after I forgive. My age is helping with that problem. Ha Ha

  2. My first thought to the first question was Folgers in your cup! LOL Now that stupid commercial is running through my head! I love yellow apples! I'm the same as you with forgiving and forgetting! I loved the Waltons and Little House- I liked that big house that Laura moved into when she had Rose--remember that great big house on that hill? Gorgeous!

  3. Yes, that was a pretty house! I almost put coffee down for the first answer but thought I'd better give it a little more thought.

  4. I would love to be in the Brady Bunch house. Red apples as well and the best part of waking up is a brand new beginning.

  5. Hi There, Thanks for coming to my blog. Please come back anytime. I am from Big Stone Gap --and have a great friend who grew up in Cumberland Gap... That is a gorgeous area of the country. We are now in Fairfield Glade (near Crossville, TN). It' a great area also--up on the Cumberland Plateau. We do have some fall colors here --but since it has been such a dry summer/fall---many of our leaves are just dying and dropping!

I agree about FORGIVING. We forgive for ourselves but never forget...

I truly do not want to go back to my 20's again and do it all again. Retirement (I'm 69) is the BEST time of my life....

    Thanks again!!!!!
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  8. Love your answers and I have to say living in the Walton house would have been fun and as for the homes in the TV shows of today, none look very appealing to me.
