I would bring my Mexican Caviar and a big bag of Tostito Scoops. It's perfect for this hot weather, although Wendell may not like it!
Mexican Caviar
2 to 3
cloves garlic (the more the better)
2 cans
rotel tomatoes/chilies
1 can
chopped black olives (the small can)
3-4 green
onions chopped
1 tbsp
oil
2 tsp red
wine vinegar
Pepper
Mix all ingredients
together. Let stand. Better the second day – if it lasts that
long.Kimmy says she would love to come visit. She wants run through the fields and chase Wendell! She soooo misses being a country dog! She says she will bring Wendell one of her favorite bones!
Pandora says she must decline the invitation because she is, as everyone knows, the Queen and she is simply too delicate (or scared) to go outside.
Macy says she would love to come and romp through the fields with Kimmy and Wendell but she is too afraid of the strange "humans." Please don't feel bad though because she hides from all humans except for me and Biz.

Yum the Mexican caviar sounds perfect right now!
ReplyDeletesee ya on the porch :]
It sounds great!!! Don't you wish we were all going to an actual party?!?!? It would be so much fun!
ReplyDeleteThe Mexican caviar sounds just a teeny bit spicy for me. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love dip & chips! This recipe sounds really yummy, too! Mexican and southerwestern foods are some of my favorites. I think this will be a huge hit, so you better make two batches...just saying is all! lol
ReplyDeleteGreat recipe, and so simple to make! I'm gonna have to try that instead of buying salsa in a jar.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited about the party! Tucker can romp with Kimmy, too!
ReplyDeleteI love that you included the recipe. Yum!
I want to come... and bring Muttley and Trixy ...
ReplyDeleteand that recipe looks amazing... I might just have to try it!
It's always a hit when I make it!
DeleteOh, it sounds wonderful! I love chips and dip. I think homemade salsa and such is superior to store bought.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting a recipe. Kimmie would have fun. I understand the queen's choice to not attend. Have a Wendell Day!
