It's time to head over to Patrice's porch for the weekly chat. 
Questions
- Do you have your tree up yet? If not, when
will you put it up? If you don't have a tree, please tell me about
another tradition you like. I put the tree up last Sunday - a little late for me but it turned out really pretty.
- What was the best job you ever had? The worst? The worst job I ever had was waitressing - hated it. The best would have been my previous job - there were some pretty awesome people there.
- Do you drive around and look at Christmas
lights? If not applicable, tell me something you like to look at when
you go for a drive. Yes.
- Does your tea kettle have a whistle? I don't have a tea kettle at the moment.
- Do you like boots? Yes, I wear them all the time (have them on right now). Hoping to get another pair for Christmas.
Our tree just went up yesterday!!! I think most of us are liking boots!!! HOPE the rest of your week goes well!

ReplyDeleteI never hated waitressing but I am a people person I can talk to anyone about anything but I had co-workers that just hated it like you said and I understood they seem to get the worst tables.

Three of my girls needed boots this year. I took them shopping individually and can you imagine what happened? I came home with a new pair for me each time. :) I made a lot of money waitressing in a tourist town once, but I put up with a lot of @#%& that I wouldn't tolerate now. Men can be so obnoxious to waitresses!Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteWaitressing is hard work. I was a car hop in high school at this place called Dog N Suds. I didn't have to take orders, but if just taking them their food was rough, I can only imagine the heck you had to go through trying to get their order right too. Have a blessed week.
