Heather over at Acting Balanced posts 5 questions on Sunday evening along with a linky for you to link
up your post answers!
Here are the Questions:
1. What was your favorite lunch this past week?I don't normally eat lunch so I can't say that I have a favorite.
2. Do you shop online? More than I would like. I like the idea of shopping locally but sometimes it's just so much easier to do it online.
3. Do you get the "Winter Blues"? A little - I get the "itch" to be able to go outside and plant my garden and it seems to take forever for spring to get here.
4. Slippers, Socks, Shoes or Bare Feet? Bare feet - I used to be able to run across gravel in my bare feet because I never wore shoes and my feet were so "tough" but I'm not quite that bad anymore.

And don't forget to add a 5th Question on your own blog so we can answer as we hop around!
5. Because you just reminded me of gardening - Are you a gardener? I am!

D H is the gardener in our family. I love roses and would keep them growing all of the time however the soil in our garden doesn't allow for roses.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a gardener except I pick one thing each year to put in hubbies garden just to see if I can grow it. I did one watermelo plant last year and only got about 3 watermelons from it. This year, I think I'll plant a strawberry plant/vine/whatever you call it.
ReplyDeleteI'm getting anxious to start gardening again...I have some seeds already sprouting indoors.
ReplyDeleteI remember the good old days of never wearing shoes outside, too!
I'm not a gardener; really can't due to disability, but I love fresh veggies and fruits so I go to Farmers Markets a lot in season. My dad gardens and shares too. I do have a used-to-be-nice flower bed that my best friend helped me plant a few years ago, but the mild winters we've had have really taken thier toll on the perennials. :(
ReplyDeleteI miss those barefoot days of childhood! I haven't done much gardening, other than a few flowers, in recent years. It's hard to keep things going in the drought here in West Texas, but we may try a small veggie garden this Spring!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had better luck at gardening. We plant tomatoes each summer.
ReplyDeleteI am not a gardener...but I wish I was...because I love pretty flowers! I am looking forward to warm spring weather and watching the bulbs pop up and bloom!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
Linda
Nope, my thumb is black. If I walk in a garden store the plants run screaming "NO not me!"
ReplyDeleteI have a brown thumb. I like gardening, it just doesn't like me. Thanks for linking up this week, hope to see you back again next week.
