Chats on the Farmhouse Porch

It's time to head over to Patrice's porch for the weekly chat.

Questions

1. What do you do when friends or family pull out a camera? Hide, pose, smile, pull out your own camera and take a photo of whatever they are photographing, or something else?
2. Did you take any type of music lesson in elementary school?
3. What is your favorite color of cat (even if you aren't a cat person)?
4. What did you have for dinner yesterday?
5. Do your feet hit the floor running in the morning, or do you drag your self out of bed?

My answers:

1. I hide. I've never taken a good picture in my life.

2. I took piano lessons as a kid.

3. Calico cats are my favorites. I'm an accidental cat person, have been since the kids wanted a kitten. It became MY cat when daughter's dog (from her dad's house) had to come live with me or go to the pound. I couldn't see any way out of that one without me ending up being the bad guy so I gave in, the dog terrorized the cat and I became it's protector.

4.  Grilled cheese sandwiches - it was a lazy night.

5. A little bit of both I guess. I always get up early, but can't function till the coffee hits my bloodstream.
